If any of the work we have carried out at your property fails to meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 90 days of the initial service date and we will take care of any discrepancies or concerns you may have. If required, our team will return at no cost and re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with free of charge.

All sources of water and/or moisture must be addressed by the homeowner/tenant in order to fully avoid mold infestations from reoccurring on the treated surfaces in the future. Guarantee is not applicable in the event that water, moisture and/or above normal humidity levels remain or are introduced into the space and/or onto surfaces where mold removal work was performed by our company. The guarantee may also be voided by an act of nature beyond the control of GTA Mold Removal or the client. These events include, but are not limited to pipe bursts, water leaks, flooding, hurricane or tornado damage, rain damage, and accidental or intentional flooding or water damage.

GTA Mold Removal provides free mold damage assessments and free mold removal quotes for visible mold damage only. Our company does not offer mold inspections, mold testing/sampling, or air quality testing services. GTA Mold Removal is responsible for the removal of visible mold only. It is further acknowledged that microscopic mold spores exist and form naturally almost everywhere, both indoors and outdoors and that the purpose of professional "mold removal" is to get mold levels back to normal, natural levels.

The quoted price provided for mold removal service is based on the cost for removing mold damage that is visible to our team at the time of the free in-home assessment. In some cases, as our team removes materials such as drywall, baseboards, fixtures, tiles, etc., additional mold damage that was not visible during the initial assessment may be discovered. In such cases, there may be supplementary costs for removing the newly discovered mold damage due to the additional work required as well as the additional volume of solution necessary. Our team will always consult with the homeowner and disclose any additional work required as well as any accompanying costs involved as a result of newly discovered mold damage.

The guarantee may voided at the sole discretion of GTA Mold Removal in the event that we suspect a client is submitting misleading allegations and/or abusing our guarantee's policies.
